- Int’l Companies to pay by Telex Transfer in Favour of “MXM EXHIBITION ORGANIZERS ”.

- FULL / HALF Payment to be made within 7 Days of receiving our confirmation and invoice.Balance to be paid at least 30 days prior to the opening date of the exhibition.
- Withdrawal will attract a minimum of 50% cancellation fees, If the organizer cancels the event, a full refund will apply.
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel or relocate exhibitor to another location (of same size), if payment is not received by due date.
