FULL / HALF Payment to be made within 10 Days of receiving our confirmation and invoice.Balance to be paid at least 45 days prior to the opening date of the exhibition.

This is a legal document. Withdrawal will attract a minimum of 50% cancellation fees, If the organizer cancels the event, a full refund will apply.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or relocate exhibitor to another location (of same size), if payment is not received by due date.
